Payment

All prices are excl. VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be appropriate. We take payment with Mastercard, Visa and more. Klarna Payment Options available.

For business customers, please send an inquiry to ekonomi@golflinks.se to create a manual order with an invoice.

Alternatively, the payment can be made using PayPal (www.paypal.se), which allows for payment using Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express. For sales through credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction has been approved. No extra fee is charged for card payments. Late payments will be charged interest at 2% per month from the due date. Merchant reserves the right to change prices, incorrect prices and final sales. Unless such is clearly incorrect, this may compel the Merchant to cancel the purchase and refund any amount paid in the best way. This can be done at any time during the transaction when such errors are detected. The cause of the fault must be clearly presented to the customer in connection with the purchase cancellation.

If the payment is made by card, the refund will be issued within the coming bank days. If an order is made manually by invoice you can contact ekonomi@golfinks.se alternatively cancel the order in the “my account” page. If payment is made with Klarna, they will refund the appropriate sum within the coming bank days.

When do we issue refunds?
If the product is damaged and- or defective apart from what is described or displayed in the product description / images.

Delivery and Cancellation

Orders received before noon. 12:00 on Monday to Thursday will be processed later than the next on the same day, for delivery within 5 working days. Orders received on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following Monday. Delivery is made by mail / shipping / email. Delivery of commissioned service under orders. In cases where the consumer deems that delivery is delayed in such a way that he no longer wishes delivery of the order is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order in accordance with the Merchant’s purchase terms. Cancellation after the order has been dispatched is not possible. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation product or service acquired or prepared specifically for the customer, is not possible. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has received confirmation from the Merchant by e-mail.
